Leandro Manuel Lamas Stalla

Bachelor of Laws (Universidad Católica del Uruguay), Master in Business Law (Universidad de Monterrey / University of Paris II – Pantheon Assas), Specialist in Energy Law (Universidad de Monterrey) and PhD in Law (Universidad de Monterrey). Engineer in Risk Prevention (Instituto de Administración de Riesgos).

He heads the Risk Analysis, Inspection Unit and Testing Laboratory departments of CIS Consultores, bringing together more than 20 professionals.

His high academic training is at the service of multiple clients, whom his team supports in achieving regulatory compliance and best practices in matters of Safety, Health and Environment.

He combines his professional activity with his academic activity, being the author of Books and Academic Articles, as well as serving as a Professor at the University of Monterrey and at the Risk Management Institute (IDEAR).
